Cosimo is a water buffalo farmer who refuses to sell his land to the family of the young mayoral candidate. When he discovered that he had a tumor, his wife decided to continue his battle, as all toxic waste was illegally disposed of in the so-called "land of fire" fields. Diego Olivarez (1965) was a Napoli director, screenwriter, and dialogue writer. After directing some short films, he began producing a documentary about the closure of the Frullone Psychiatric Hospital in Naples, titled "Gli ultimi giorni del Frullone - Cronache da un manicomio nel 2000". In 2003, he directed his first feature film "I chinghaali di Portici". In 2014, he directed the short film "Canemalato" produced by Fergie Del Bronx for Sky Cinema.
